Below Deck Mediterranean brings a guest injury, Aesha's talk with Gen, and tension between Joe, Nathan, and Gael, and the Next Gen NYC reunion wraps up with Ariana, Charlie, Hudson, and Liam. Plus Isabella's early take on the new season of Survivor.
Isabella: Hey, dad.
Dad: Hello, Isabella. How are you?
Isabella: Doing well.
Dad: Welcome back, everyone.
Isabella: Welcome back. This is episode 16, So we're happy to be here. For this week, we have Ultimate Girls Trip Below Deck. We finished Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, so that is done. And then, what am I missing?
Next Gen NYC Salt Lake City.
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: And
Dad: RHONY?
Isabella: RHONY, yes.
Dad: Okay.
Isabella: Yes. Okay. And then I guess I might as well mention this now. I started Survivor, the new season of Survivor. I haven't even finished the first episode, but I'm very hopeful because it seems like they're trying to go a little bit more old school this year.
There are only two tribes. Recently, it's been three tribes. And I don't know. I think they have Exile Island. They already sent a guy there, so I have high hopes.
I'm excited for the season. I hope they don't mess it up too much.
Dad: Okay. I'll defer to you because I've kind of, as we've stated previously, written that off.
Isabella: Yeah. I mean, it has fallen off. It has. So but I I think they're maybe making efforts to bring it back. So we'll see.
See how it goes.
Dad: Let's start with Ultimate Girls Trip. I only have one note from this. Well, overall, I'm not as impressed with the season as I expected, but I guess I have to express some dissatisfaction with it in prior episodes that we've covered. I did notice or wrote down Lisa Hochstein is just so lame. I I gosh, she I'm over her.
But she was just a guest, obviously. She's not like a normal member of this this show, but they did show her when they were in Miami. And I think it was probably because when she stood up and gave her presentation, I think she also has new teeth, but it was all about her. I'm glad that the other ladies at least acknowledged that, like, what's wrong with her? It's making it all about herself.
Isabella: Yeah. And that is where Gizelle is really funny. I know when we were talking about kind of the women on the season, we didn't have, like, an iconic quote from Gizelle, but, like, this is where she really comes into play is when something bizarre is happening, and she kind of like it kind of reminds me of The Office a little bit, when one of the characters would look at the camera, and I feel like she kind of does that. At the kid maybe not at the camera, but she looks around like, is anybody else seeing what I'm seeing? And just her face, it's
Dad: Like that puppet meme where it's looking straight ahead and then looks to the side?
Isabella: Yeah. Yeah.
Dad: You're right. Without Gizelle, this entire season would suck.
Isabella: I I kind of I mean, I don't completely agree because I've been enjoying it, but I I will agree with you that it's gone downhill. Like, started really strong, and then I think we mentioned the last episode where they were in Miami wasn't as good. And then, I mean, they're in New York now, and we see some drama, but I it's just I'm not as entertained as I was in the very beginning. But I mean, I still had a few things to say.
Dad: Go ahead.
Isabella: We started, as I said, in Miami with Lisa Hochstein's lingerie party. Some of the guests we saw were all the Miami ladies, of course, Kiki, Larsa, Adriana. Adriana sang her song. Not well. Yeah.
But, I mean, it's all par it's all par for the course with these ladies. We oh, Jacqueline Murdaugh was there, and Melissa I almost said Melissa Jaiden. Melissa Gorga, Teresa's sister-in-law.
Dad: Right.
Isabella: And I guess they kind of have not gotten along previously, and they had a little they made up. They were like, let's just it's been so long. Like, let's just get over whatever it was. And then I mean, we saw some, like, a little bit of Miami drama, like Lisa and Lisa Hochstein, not Lisa Barlow. There's so many Lisas.
They're arguing over the fact that Lisa still follows Larsa's ex, Marcus. I mean, this has been a thing since the Miami reunion. We found out Lisa and Jody broke up but still live together, so that's gotta be weird.
Dad: That's like a continuing theme in a lot of these shows.
Isabella: Which I guess, I mean, it's hard to suddenly, when you break up, you can't just not that I'm saying Lisa Hochstein is on a lease, but you can't just break a lease that easy, you know?
Dad: Right, but they're in Miami. Not like they're in New York where it's really harder to find an apartment. Like, Ava and her boyfriend
Isabella: No, you're you're you're that's fair. And like, Ava, I know she's a her dad is famous, but I don't like, she doesn't she didn't have the money to do all that. Whereas Lisa Hochstein, I think, probably has the money.
Dad: Well, I don't know. It's I don't know the status of her divorce, but I don't know that he her soon to be ex husband was really free with handing out money to her.
Isabella: No, It made
Dad: it difficult on the other house, so who knows?
Isabella: Yeah, that's fair. Oh, and we had Lisa Barlow and Larsa talking with each other and bragging about the premieres that they go to and Oh, Ben
Dad: That was one of my favorite scenes, that Larsa called her out and said, Stop name dropping. And Lisa couldn't do it. She did it again. She just
Isabella: And can't help I
Dad: thought for sure that Larsa was going to call her out and say, I was at the premiere and you weren't there. Now, don't know how big these premieres are, if there are hundreds of people.
Isabella: There are a lot of people invited. It's not that crazy to be invited to the premiere. You and I would never be invited, but
Dad: Oh, speak for yourself.
Isabella: Somebody that's in the public space.
Dad: Right.
Isabella: Right. It's not that crazy.
Dad: But knowing Lisa, if she was there and got within 50 feet of Ben Affleck, she would have managed to get a selfie even if he was just in the background. Right? But she didn't. So I call into question whether she was really there or not.
Isabella: Yeah. Well, she also name drops Blake Lively. It's not it's Ben Affleck and Blake Lively, which were the same ones that she continuously name dropped on the previous season of her RHOSLC . Right. So she's still at it.
Dad: On that note, real quick, another shout out to The Bravo Docket. They covered there's an update in the most recent episode about her lawsuits, if you remember from maybe we can save this for Salt Lake City, but she had said all the lawsuits against her were dismissed, which can be technically true, but not the full story, because you never know if they were dismissed because they settled. Well, something happened recently, and it was clear that the larger of those loans, it was the case was brought back, and it was dismissed, and there's what's called a confession of judgment. For more details, listen to The Bravo Docket, but her dismissing it like she didn't owe anyone money is a dramatic overstatement.
Isabella: Yeah. I figured there was there's always more to the story That's with all I mean, that's I didn't really have much else to say about the Miami party.
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: But then they go on to New York. We got some really good OG New York flashback clips. I mean, I think I'm not sure if I've said it before, but OG RHONY is really one of my favorites of all time. It's so good.
Dad: I'm nodding my head as she's saying this because when we were watching it with your mother, I used to think that RHONY was my all time favorite, but
Isabella: They're close.
Dad: RHONY is really good. When I'm the old school, when they weren't so focused on brands and their wealth, I mean, lot of those ladies on RHONY and RHONY were not poor, but they were just normal people.
Isabella: Yeah.
Dad: And even going back to some of the clips where these people in New York probably had more means than others, but they weren't flouting it, and it was just focusing on their personalities or their problems and their interpersonal conflicts, which is what makes the reality shows great.
Isabella: Yeah. I think what especially made RHONY great was the relationships. Like, these women were genuinely friends, and even when they were not getting along, there were so many times where they would just, like they'd they'd enter, like, a a cast trip or whatever, and two of them would be not getting along. But by the end of the trip, they make up, and they're, like, best friends again.
Dad: Right. As opposed to a lot of the newer seasons of some of these franchise shows, they're friends because they got put on the show. And then I think they try to backfill and say, We've been friends. No, you weren't. You didn't know each other until the show.
Isabella: But it goes both ways too with that because they also drag out these arguments for so long, and one of the good things about OG RHONY is there's so many things going on. There's so many arguments happening simultaneously, and then next episode, it's all new arguments. Whereas nowadays, these seasons are kind of focusing on the same drama all season. So, yeah, that's there's our spiel on on OG RHONY. Oh, we saw Luann and her boyfriend, Michael.
Good for Luann, I guess, even though she's still talking to all these men she meets anywhere she is. Gizelle and Porsha are talking about how they like Vicki now, but they don't like Luann. And we see Carole, Carole Radziwill. She's hosting everybody plus Dorinda at the she's doing a gangster lunch at the same place where Dorinda's clip I had went viral.
Dad: I had completely forgotten. And you can't see us, but you have to do clip with using your fingers. Yeah.
Isabella: So I thought that was a good idea. The the actual lunch or brunch or whatever itself wasn't that great, but there was an emotional moment there. They're all kind of reminiscing, and Teresa starts crying because of everything she's been through, and she's talking about her daughters, that her daughters grew up on the show, and everyone else starts crying with her. And I thought it was really sweet that Gizelle was like, You know what, Teresa? My daughter really views Gia as a role model because of the way you've raised her and the way that you've brought her through this.
And I think that that even I think that made Teresa cry even more, but it it was really sweet.
Dad: Well, and not to get too deep here, but we love reality TV, but sometimes at the or often at the expense of the people who are on the show, and they're real people. And I can't I don't think it was Teresa who is this self aware, but one of them said something along the lines of, I didn't really think about putting my children on the show and how it would impact them long term, maybe that's a time to step back and anyone who's considering going on a reality TV show and putting your kids on there, they don't get a vote. They're on there and they have no choice, and it will impact them for the rest of their lives.
Isabella: Yeah. Yeah. Definitely something to think about. Oh, there were a couple other just silly things from that. Teresa, she's trying to say she has ADHD.
ADHD? ADHD or whatever.
Dad: Someone called her out and oh, I think it was Kyle from Beverly Hills said, Oh, you have high definition, high definition.
Isabella: Teresa just does not care. I don't even think she clocked that.
Dad: It's great.
Isabella: Luann also I know that everyone's kind of annoyed with Luann right now, but the fact that she's wearing a t shirt with her mugshot on it
Dad: I like that.
Isabella: I love it. Yeah. I get that Luann's being annoying, but she's just so unserious. I feel like you just can't take anything she does seriously.
Dad: Well, and for the most part, you might correct me if I'm wrong, but the times where she's been annoying is when she's drinking, not like it's an excuse, but it's narrow, as opposed to people who are annoying like Lisa Barlow 100% of the time. Yeah.
Isabella: Well, it's funny because Luann stopped drinking for a while. Like, she even, I thought, made her own brand of Froze, fake Rose. Do you vaguely She remember vaguely remember that, right? After she
Dad: got arrested, which they did show that clip, which was great. Was threatening the police officers when she was in the back of the car.
Isabella: Ridiculous. That was great. So they had this Halloween party. I guess Dorinda threw it, I believe. Dorinda and Luann.
Dorinda dressed as her bubble dress with Lady Gaga that she had worn previously. Now, at this party, we have a bunch more RHONY people coming in and some others. We have Jill Zarin, Kelly Bensimon, Alex McCord. Those are all OG. And then from the new, we have Jessel and Sai and Erin.
And then Chanel Chanel Ayan was there, and Dolores from RHONJ was there. Jessel, I mean, I I have other things to say about Jessel once we get to RHONY. But the fact that, like, it's a it's a Halloween costume, and you're, like, being nostalgic, and Jessel's all, you wore it again? Like, being so judgy and mean.
Dad: Well, and not only is it nostalgic, but the point is to recreate, I guess that's what the point was, recreate what they did in the past. And Jessel had maybe the dumbest costume on. She was dressed up as a New York Rangers hockey player
Isabella: or something like You don't get it. She was referencing Heated Rivalry, which you haven't seen. Oh, okay. Yeah. She was trying to be one of the characters from Heated, which is a hockey show with two of the hockey players are gay
Dad: and I've heard of it, but I haven't seen it, but I don't know why is that relevant to That's been a couple years ago.
Isabella: It's not relevant at all to Housewives. It's But I don't know. Maybe I missed the part where they were supposed to reference something previously, because I kind of thought it was just a Halloween part.
Dad: It could be, but if you're gonna be trying to be relevant, make it timely. Right? So dress up like something that's current.
Isabella: To be fair to her, that is current. Heated Rivalry is current. Maybe not a cut it was like last year it
Dad: was
Isabella: And if they were filming last year, then it make sense pop culture wise.
Dad: She still looked dumb.
Isabella: I'm with you. I'm just playing devil's advocate a
Dad: little bit.
Isabella: Carole had the best outfit. She went as Steven Tyler, which is hilarious because she kind of does look like Steven Tyler.
Dad: Especially with, yeah, with the face, you know, makeup.
Isabella: Yeah. It was so funny.
Dad: five o'clock shadow makeup.
Isabella: Yeah. And then the cliffhanger that we have is that Porsha's just unbelievably late, and it's gonna be an issue.
Dad: Yes. Yes. Especially since I think she was involved in calling out Lisa for being late. Not as much as Gizelle, but
Isabella: Yeah. That yeah. No, she very much was involved in that. Oh, and then we did see like a couple flashbacks of or no, maybe this was later. There was somewhere that I saw a flashback of people being late.
Maybe that was a few episodes ago when Lisa Barlow was late.
Dad: Or it might have been at the beginning of this episode where they're still carrying over the lateness and
Isabella: Yeah. Yeah.
Dad: Maybe. Because they definitely show Lisa Hochstein being late for Miami.
Isabella: Yeah. Yeah, you're Well,
Dad: maybe this is a good transition right into RHONY, since we're there so many New Yorkers recovering in here. Oh, yeah. And unfortunately, have no notes for that, but I'm that you'll say something that will prompt me to give some input.
Isabella: Yeah. I I didn't have a ton of notes on RHONY. I thought it was not a great episode.
Dad: Agreed.
Isabella: We're still kind of learning these people though. Like, I think that Hailey is gonna be a really good housewife.
Dad: Is that the boxing instructor? No. She's the weed smoker?
Isabella: Yeah.
Dad: She's the
Isabella: one who's stoned all the time, and she's in a lavender marriage.
Dad: With the mugshot in her eyebrows. Yes.
Isabella: Yeah. She's good.
Dad: She's just like, I don't care. I'm not listening. I don't know if it's because she smokes. She certainly draws that line, but maybe that's also just her personality. This doesn't matter to me.
I'm tuning you out. I love that.
Isabella: Yeah. No, I like her a lot. Back to Daisy though, who is the boxer girl.
Dad: Okay.
Isabella: She I mean, she and her husband, which I kind of expected this because he's the BILT rewards guy, and that's a big thing. It's very I mean, it's
Dad: B I l t.
Isabella: B I l t. Yeah. They are rich, rich. Like, they got married in front of the pyramids, rich.
Dad: They own an island?
Isabella: Oh, I might have missed that.
Dad: Wow. I was picking up on yes. They have, I think, multiple residences, and then she mentioned some island. I want to even say it was called Mosquito Island or something,
Isabella: but I might be misremembering or translating Yeah, into something they're talking so casually about their wedding in front of the pyramids. Oh, yeah, all our nieces and nephews, it was their first time out of the country. She's saying it so casually. Like, I don't know how much money that is to have a get married in front of the pyramids, but there's no way
Dad: it's cheap. Definitely a destination wedding.
Isabella: Yeah. Oh, the other thing about Daisy is we found out that she was talking about looking for a surrogate, which, of course, initially I'm thinking, well, if they have all that money, then yeah. I mean, if I had all the money in the world and maybe this is a little bit controversial, but if I had all the money in the world, I'm not giving birth myself. I'm getting a surrogate.
Dad: Yeah, that's We might have to cut that out.
Isabella: Maybe. But that's not what was going on here. She has some health issues. Doctors told her it would be dangerous to carry her own child. So they were looking for a surrogate, and that's just kind of fascinating to me.
I don't know. Maybe it's just me. But
Dad: They've certainly had a lot of fertility issues across the Bravo franchises. I'd have to go back and think through how many people have described and gone through IVF on the shows.
Isabella: Yeah. Which is representative of the population.
Dad: I have no idea how common that is, so it's Well,
Isabella: I guess a lot of what we're seeing is women a little bit older
Dad: True.
Isabella: Trying to get pregnant. So that's probably part of it. But I do think that in, like, maybe not infertility, but fertility struggles are very, very common.
Dad: Okay.
Isabella: So I think that's yes, they're older women often, but I think it is kind of representative of what really happens. So I like to see that kind of stuff. What else did I have? Oh, Carole was talking to who did Carole meet in the park? It was one of the new girls, right?
Dad: I think it was Daisy.
Isabella: Okay. Well, was talking
Dad: about Someone. One of the new ones, please.
Isabella: Yeah. Thought it was a new one too. May maybe Hailey? I don't even know. But Carole oh, no, I did say it was Daisy.
Yeah. She was hanging out with Daisy, and she told her that the whole Love Story show and it coming out and everybody talking about it, it did kind of trigger Carole because Carole doesn't talk about that part of or maybe she talks about that part of her life, but not Carolyn Bessette and JFK Jr. Specifically. Doesn't talk about that much.
Dad: I thought it was funny when she said, Carolyn would have thought you were annoying. Yeah. Of my friends and they said, Me too? Including me? And she said, Yes.
And then they both laughed.
Isabella: I always liked Carole for just her dryness.
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: That's maybe not a word, but I feel like I like her sense of humor.
Dad: It is dry humor.
Isabella: Yes. Yeah. I like it. I like it. I always liked Carole for that.
She also told Daisy that she needs to tell her husband about this tutor that's flirting with her. Yes. And I agree. I don't know why you're keeping that a secret.
Dad: Well, it's not a secret now. She So wasn't gonna tell him.
Isabella: Right. Okay. Oh, Jessel and Erin met up for coffee or whatever, and it didn't last very long.
Dad: And I thought that Jessel was smarter, but she kind of showed that she has limits or maybe she's relying on AI to give her clips or quotes because when you refer to someone as a one person
Isabella: One man Ponzi Ponzi scheme. Right. I wrote down a few of her
Dad: quotes. Yes. That's not a thing, or at least that's not an accurate way to describe Erin even if you give Erin no credit. Then what was the other one?
Isabella: To Erin's point for that, she was like, I don't know if Jessel knows what a Ponzi scheme is. She asked, Have you even Googled yourself recently? She called her a bootleg Houdini. That was the big one.
Dad: Yeah, don't get that at all.
Isabella: Mean, in context, it made more sense. I think what she was trying to say is, Erin, story. You pull things out of thin air.
Dad: Oh, because Houdini was a magician who got out of traps and things like that. I
Isabella: know. An illusionist. To your point, I don't know if it's AI that she's using, but it's very clear that she's either using AI for these one liners, or even if she's coming up with them herself, it's clear what she's trying to do. She's trying to get a moment, she's trying to get a clip. Clip.
And I don't think it worked for her this time. And I'm not even on Erin's side, because I don't even like Erin either. But my they're both wrong.
Dad: Yeah. They they they managed to make each other look worse. Yeah. By the way, I I didn't pick up on this until I was listening to editing of the last episode. In two instances on the last episode, you said question mark.
I
Isabella: did I say that all the time. All the time.
Dad: So now it's not even trying to make a joke, you just say it.
Isabella: No, I think when we talked about, like, our when we were previewing Ultimate Girls Trip and we were talking about, like, different quotes, I know Luann has, like, some quotes that are more popular, but that one, what even was the quote? She
Dad: was texting someone with
Isabella: one Oh, could you do this to me? Question mark.
Dad: Yes. Okay.
Isabella: So there are so many times where I don't even use the first slide, I just say question mark after.
Dad: I'll pay more attention.
Isabella: What else? Oh, they had a Seder, and it who was Daisy. Daisy, right?
Dad: Yes. And Erin kind of, I'm sure this is the wrong verb, but ran
Isabella: A little bit. Yeah. Ceremony. Which like that I don't care about. I mean, fine by me, but Erin did say on Watch What Happens Live that she did a terrible job.
Dad: She did.
Isabella: I I like, I guess. Never been one of I've been I've never been to one of those. So I
Dad: did think it was kind of surprising that Carole had only been to one in her whole life.
Isabella: I agree. And
Dad: born and raised in New York City.
Isabella: Yeah.
Dad: So maybe she Oh. I haven't been to any, so it's not like I'm throwing stones.
Isabella: Carole's cone? What is the cone? She said she has this cone that she leaves in her car, and when she parks, she puts the cone on top of her car because it's like a law enforcement signal that they if she does that, they won't tow her or they won't give her a ticket.
Dad: It sounds like it, but if that's really a hack, you shouldn't be telling people Right. I mean, you just ruined it forever.
Isabella: I'd be keeping that secret. If that's something that works, I'd be keeping because now she's gonna have cones all over the place.
Dad: Right. Yes.
Isabella: Okay. Back to the seder. There's there are some, like, things going on, but nothing that really was, like, stand out to me. Like, Hailey's calling Erin boring and comparing her to jam or whatever. Erin brought Hailey, like, some fancy jam
Dad: And tried try make make a a Yeah.
Isabella: Like, okay. I get what they're trying to do. They're, again, trying to have a moment, and I don't think it really hit.
Dad: Jessel was late.
Isabella: Yeah. Jessel was two hours late, and she walks in immediately, is making comments on a popcorn ceiling.
Dad: No, the popcorn ceiling was from a prior episode.
Isabella: Oh, was it? Okay. Okay.
Dad: Daisy was hosting this at her parents' house in Brooklyn, and the comment She about the popcorn made ceiling some
Isabella: comment though.
Dad: The popcorn ceiling was about Daisy's apartment in Manhattan, which is rent controlled, and this came out on Watch What Happens Live. Who would give up a rent controlled apartment because of the money savings?
Isabella: But it
Dad: was Daisy's she was just dismissive of the apartment and being so catty about it.
Isabella: Yeah. I feel like I guess that wasn't the comment though, but I feel like Jessel said something, kind of
Dad: She said something about the aroma, like and Daisy thought she was saying your apartment stinks, and she was just merely saying, I can smell the food and smells good. Yeah. But then I I took offense initially at the women talking during the ceremony, and again, if ceremony is the wrong term, when they're describing the history that's important during the Seder dinner, the women were talking to each other and being rude, and I thought, Oh, you should really be a little bit more somber during But this now it just occurred to me, they have giant cameras in the room, and there's like a whole production staff, so they've already probably really not honored the nature of situation to begin with, I guess I can't really hold them accountable. For all I know, this is being drawn out over hours where they're like, okay, go back. You need to go and hand out the the second lice.
Redo that scene. So catching someone talking during it maybe was just production showing them being rude when they weren't.
Isabella: Yeah. No, I think that's fair. But I think it's probably both things are true to a certain
Dad: extent. I
Isabella: don't think it's the craziest thing in the world to think that some of these ladies would be a little bit disrespectful during something Surely. Like Yes. I'm not pointing fingers or anything, but just I could see it. But that's all I have for RHONY. I don't I have a little a little bit less hope this episode than I did the first one, but that doesn't mean all hope is lost.
I I really do think the new girls are gonna be great additions, so
Dad: I do think they have the right components, if you will.
Isabella: Yeah. I think that they
Dad: Cast members.
Isabella: They have the right formula.
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: It's just a matter of whether it's executed or not.
Dad: Right. We will see.
Isabella: We will see. How about we do below deck real I don't think I had too much I there
Dad: only have two things.
Isabella: Do you wanna go ahead?
Dad: Sure. What's the new guy, the Italian? Is it Messi or
Isabella: Massi? Massi,
Dad: I think. That guy makes me laugh.
Isabella: He's funny.
Dad: Especially where he was talking about something to do when he was grilling and he said something about the meat and he's like, and then this meat. And he points to himself, and I and there was something on the prior episode. Again, just dry humor with the accent. It just made me literally laugh out loud, not like fake l o l. I I did laugh out loud, and you know I don't laugh out loud at much, at least especially reality television.
Isabella: Just me
Dad: and my guests. Yes. You do. And then you do make me laugh. And then the only other comment was as bad as Nathan is, on the show and in real life, at the end of this episode, Joe being such a d bag to Gael during the dinner and then in the cab at the very end.
I'm like, how can you not be more self aware that you're going to end up coming across as such douche? Just pretend like make up with her. Be fine. Why can you how can anyone hold anything against Gael? She's the most innocent, kind person, and Joe manages to make himself look as bad as Nathan in this episode.
Isabella: Gonna fully disagree with you
Dad: here. Okay, go ahead.
Isabella: I fully disagree, because I saw it as Joe was just trying to keep the peace. Yeah, I get what you're saying, at dinner Joe was turned away from them, but I wouldn't want to be starting a fight at dinner. So
Dad: I know, but he could've I know there was this big to do about switching seats, and he ended up right across from them, but he could've easily said, I want to switch again, Or having been sat across from them, that sounded very British, wait, the he didn't have to turn 90 degrees and put almost put his back to both of
Isabella: them.
Dad: Yeah, mean, could have just that's been normal. And then when she was trying to say, Hey, I don't like awkwardness, can we just move on? Then he's ready to fight right now, as opposed to just saying, Okay, I'm sorry, I shouldn't have been that way at dinner.
Isabella: I didn't even really see it that way in the car. I thought that and I'm not even I I love Gael, and I have a lot of, like like, I'm giving her a pass because I think that she was we know what happened with Nathan. I think that he probably completely manipulated her in a certain way to hate Joe, whereas I don't even think Joe did anything to her. Unless I'm missing something
Dad: I'm pretty sure he talks smack directly to her face and behind her back. And again, that's why
Isabella: Did he think he kind made up at the beginning of the season, though? I thought they already talked about this.
Dad: Maybe. I've lost track.
Isabella: That's why I'm like, why is she bringing it up again? Clearly they don't get along, so if I were in this situation, I think I'd maybe not turn a full 90 degrees away from them at the table, but I wouldn't be bringing it up. And if one of them brought it up, I kind of would be like, Oh, we were doing so well. It was such a good night. Why do we have to do this?
And I really do think that Nathan's probably feeding Gael a story that Joe is a lot worse than he really even is.
Dad: That could be.
Isabella: Don't know. I mean, at the end of the day
Dad: We've given enough airtime to Joe and Nathan, so
Isabella: Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So this episode, we talked about the cliffhanger last week that it looks like maybe someone had a dislocated shoulder. Yes.
So much worse than that. Broken it's either a broken shoulder or collarbone. Looks like maybe a collarbone.
Dad: Yep.
Isabella: And she has to get surgery. Yes. I can't even imagine how much of a nightmare it is to be on vacation and break a bone and have to go in it my It's horrible. I felt so bad for her. The other women were kind of making me laugh though, how they were like, She would want us to move on.
She would want us to be up here watching the sunset.
Dad: Your mom and I didn't understand. The lady can still walk. Why didn't she walk to the
Isabella: front of
Dad: the boat and see
Isabella: the Maybe it was like bouncier up there, but it's a big ship.
Dad: It's giant.
Isabella: And they
Dad: were pulling into port. It's not like they're cresting giant waves. God, I
Isabella: get But they were making me laugh. I was like, this is so funny. Okay. Aesha finally confronted Gen. Gen is saying that oh, Gen is then saying in the confessionals, being so dramatic, saying, well, Aesha, basically I'm a bad person, I guess.
And like I'm the worst worker ever. No. She's just saying like
Dad: Well, you are the worst worker ever.
Isabella: Yeah. But Aesha didn't even say that. Like Aesha was as nice as she could possibly be, I thought. Yes. And Gen still took it badly and Until she called her mom.
Yeah. And now she's killing them with kindness and
Dad: Except she's killing them with awkwardness.
Isabella: Yeah. I was gonna I'm not sure it's working.
Dad: No.
Isabella: Not
Dad: Like,
Isabella: I don't think on it's coming off the right way.
Dad: Stupid things to say.
Isabella: But I did like how I don't think Gen even meant this in the right way, but she she then went over to Kat afterwards and said, Thank you for holding me accountable. And I think that Gen maybe didn't have the right intentions for that, but I thought it was nice.
Dad: It seemed very performative.
Isabella: Yeah. It it did seem performative, but
Dad: She cried, so at least, you know, she's a good performer
Isabella: Yeah.
Dad: If it was.
Isabella: Oh, and then we didn't see as much of Aesha here. She didn't go out with them because she's babysitting for Nathan and Gail, which is nice.
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: Really sweet.
Dad: Yep.
Isabella: Aesha has since come out and said, like, I guess Gael was getting a lot of hate after this episode because of how she kind of jumped in out of note, like they're already going home. I know you're definitely team Gael.
Dad: How could any just Well, Yeah. She's gotten
Isabella: a lot of backlash for that. And Aesha came out and said, like, let's all like take a breath on Gael. Like, I don't think you understand what she's been through in the last year. Right. What she was going through at this time as well, and what she's dealing with now.
Dad: Having a husband as a fugitive and the father of your children?
Isabella: Yeah. That's a lot. So yeah, Aesha's come out and been like, let's give her a break, please.
Dad: You wanna move on to full blown craziness?
Isabella: Let's do You know what we're talking Let's get into it.
Dad: Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. Okay. Do you want me to start or you wanna start?
Isabella: Oh gosh. I don't even know where to start for this.
Dad: Okay. I'll give you a couple just random
Isabella: Let's remind the audience. We already covered the first three episodes. Correct. So this is the last two. Four and five.
Dad: There's a lot that is focusing on Jen and Mikayla. Not Jen and
Isabella: Jen Affleck?
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: Jen and Whitney.
Dad: Whitney. Sorry. And then I wrote down that Jen looks pretty bad. Right? I don't know that she's the smartest person and she's not someone made the comment that they're not good neither one of them are good at expressing themselves, and that was a very generous way of describing how Jen isn't good at moving on.
And I wrote down that she looked bad, but there was one part where she said, I just don't know what's real and what is not real. And it did hit me, and I was empathetic to that, and it's a broader concept of if you're on one of these reality shows and you have a conflict with someone, it makes sense that you're struggling to figure out which part of this is real and which, if any part of it, is just being done for the camera.
Isabella: She didn't
Dad: say it in those words, I was very empathetic to that viewpoint.
Isabella: I didn't even see it that way, but that's no, that's valid.
Dad: And then the funny part where she was talking about getting your pink back and talking about how she was trying to draw an analogy with her postpartum and flamingos, and she said flamingos lose their color
Isabella: Oh, in the song.
Dad: When they have have babies, which they lay eggs. And I don't think that it has anything to do with them maybe other than changing their diet because I believe that flamingos are pink of the shellfish that they eat. Shrimp? Yes. And maybe they change their diet right before they lay their eggs or before the eggs hatch, but I don't think it has anything to do with flamingos having postpartum depression.
She was trying to say that they did. Maybe they do. I don't know. I think that would be an interesting study to see what how flamingo moms feel after laying eggs.
Isabella: Well, I also just don't think that anybody would know what she's talking about.
Dad: No. No. I think she thought it might be a cool thing, like getting your pink back, maybe that
Isabella: turns She's into trying to be creative. Hashtag. Yeah. I give her credit for trying something.
Dad: That's fair.
Isabella: Yeah. The thing I had to say about the Jen and Whitney conversation is I did feel like Jen started off strong. I felt like she started and she was kind of very calm but trying to get her point across, but then Whitney just destroyed her.
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: Whitney. I mean, it just wasn't even
Dad: Whitney reminds me of Charlie, that Charlie from Next Gen. In that very capable of calling out something or saying what she means and nothing more because she's just concise.
Isabella: Yeah. I don't think Whitney's mean though, and I do No. Think Charlie's
Dad: I'm talking about in their capability of making a cogent argument.
Isabella: Yeah. When Whitney came in and was like, Okay, you feel like I'm not hearing you out, then tell me. And then she goes, Well, I told you everything. I mean, just destroyed. Yes.
Just destroyed. If I were Jen, I'd feel feel so stupid.
Dad: But I don't think that she's I don't think that she understood
Isabella: that she got owned by her. I don't think she does. I think she really feels like Whitney's not hearing her out.
Dad: Right. Right. Because Whitney's not apologizing. That's all she that's what she was Yeah. Seeking was
Isabella: is what
Dad: she I apologize, now it's your turn. And she did say, I've apologized to you before, and yes, was on a voicemail, but okay, it still counts. Yeah, I thought that that was interesting.
Isabella: Yeah, I agree. So right now we are in we're getting close to production pause that they put on. It said three weeks until production pause. They are still in New York when the fourth episode starts. And speaking of Jen again, Jen is the only one not making TikToks with the group, which I know it sounds so stupid, and it kind of is so stupid, but this show is based on them all making TikToks together.
And so they're saying, because Jen's not in it, everybody's asking, Where's Jen? And I don't know why Jen is even doing that to herself. Just jump in the TikTok and I don't know.
Dad: I
Isabella: feel like it's more attention on Jen. This generation
Dad: moment for me because I kept thinking, Who watches those TikToks? And what do those women think in their mind when they're making them?
Isabella: I've never understood the dancing. I don't Yeah. Get
Dad: They're good dancers, but okay. I don't know. I'm not on TikTok. If I was, I don't think that I would be getting that in my feed.
Isabella: Yeah. I mean, you know I am on TikTok mostly for the podcast stuff, but I'm kind of a little bit more boomer y in that realm. I've never really gotten deep into TikTok like that, but we don't need
Dad: to It worked for them.
Isabella: Yeah. Okay, on Taylor is sabotaging with Ben. She says she can't keep up with him. Like, if you lived in Salt Lake City, I wouldn't have time for you. But she can keep up with Dakota.
Okay? Layla and Mason broke up. Good. They needed to. I feel bad for Layla.
She's really upset, but they needed to. Taylor's mom. Are you for real, Taylor? Are you for real?
Dad: I'm not gonna tell you who said this, but you have a good idea. The comment was, Taylor just looks dirty, like unkempt. She's You're not the this
Isabella: is not the first.
Dad: Like she probably stinks, which I thought was a little harsh, maybe, you know, but I don't know. If they get made up to do their TikToks, you think that they would get made up to be on full blown video on a television show.
Isabella: Yeah. I think Taylor's just deeply, deeply unwell. And we'll get into it more. Yeah. She's just having a conversation with her mom, and she's telling her, oh, it's too late for Dakota.
He's, like, changing his ways now, and but it's it's too late. It's too late. But, I mean, we
Dad: We think she does protest too much.
Isabella: Yeah. We all know what's going on. All her friends know what's going on. I think her mom even knows what's going on. Yeah.
So, okay. We'll see, Taylor. And then, oh, we go back to Jen and Zac. This pissed me off, actually, because Jen's sitting there, and she just went to church. And Zac is, at this point, not really going to church because what even He gave some explanation, but I'm not sure exactly.
I didn't really follow him. Yeah, I remember there was a thing. Oh, it was because they stepped away from the church when they were having struggles and were like maybe gonna get divorced. She asked him to do this. Right?
So he comes in and she's like, Oh, you're gonna hate me. You're gonna hate me. You're gonna hate me. And then she tells him, Well, I made an appointment for you to talk to the bishop. And then he gets really angry, and then she goes, Well, I don't know why you're so mad.
Dad: Ugh. Again, Jen
Isabella: I can't.
Dad: She doesn't listen to even herself.
Isabella: Yeah. She doesn't even I just that yeah. That pisses me off. But I didn't really have much to say left about about them. We have Mayci and Mikayla and Jessi, who are kind of the trio that are Jessi questionable, but Mayci and Mikayla, I've said before, they're the most real on the show.
They're always kinda getting into some, like, weird situation that, like, right now they're trying to go get the Cartier ring back for Mason that Layla bought him. And they're also picking up Taylor, and they kind of get go in on Dakota. And so this kind of creates probably the biggest moment of the season where they're kind of outside Mason's house, and Chase is there, and Taylor kind of blows up a little bit out of nowhere. She's clearly getting upset that she feels that all like, Mayci and Mikayla and Jessi are acting like they have perfect relationships, but I didn't really get that. I think Taylor's just getting she's really projecting a lot and getting really upset.
And Chase said something like, Oh, the wardens of good relationships. And I guess that kind of triggered her. And she freaked out, and she's just digging her grave and digging her grave even more, like, and yelling at her friends. And she finally asked Chase to take her home, and the other girls are like, Yeah, run back to a man again. Go for Oh,
Dad: yeah, burn.
Isabella: So that was, I guess, the end of episode four. Right. We opened back up episode five. Taylor's apologizing to them. Like, she texts them and is apologizing.
And then we get to, I guess, the penultimate point of the season
Dad: Impressive.
Isabella: When they're kind I don't even know whose house they were at, but they're all at this one house with all the husbands, all the women, everybody except for Whitney and
Dad: Well, and all the baby daddies.
Isabella: Well, That's why I said all the husbands. Guess they're not all husbands, but Mayci and Mikayla and Jessi, I guess, had this plan to talk to Taylor, and they want to work it out. Oh, so Taylor, she's it's so weird that she apologized over text, but then once they're in person she's not really keeping that same energy and she's not even she's not even hearing them out. Like she's just she's one of those girls that when she argues, she just wants to get her point across. And she's not gonna listen
Dad: to
Isabella: what the response is. So they're having this kind of whole therapy session with Taylor. Like, she ends up storming out, and then she hears that Dakota's talking, and she storms back in. And then they're all trying to, like, really get to her. And eventually, she does just kind of break down.
Dad: Right.
Isabella: It was kind of hard to watch, honestly, because she really just breaks down, starts crying. She walks out, and that's when the women kind of do surround her, and they're like, It's it's okay. Like, it's gonna be okay. You're gonna be fine. That's when Taylor did apologize to them.
So I feel like they did kind of all make up. There was this long Taylor and Dakota hug. So the way that it ended with Taylor kind of seems like, okay, maybe she's had a breakthrough because of this breakdown. We, of course, know that later that that's not really the case. And then what happened?
Dad: I think that's when they all got they got a a notification and maybe a text or a call from her. It was a phone call. They were all together except for Taylor. She called and said, I'm not gonna record today. I'm not gonna film today.
Isabella: Let me go back really really quick. I just have one more thing to say about the whole that one day. Jessi dropped the divorce bomb in the middle of Taylor's breakdown. Like, they're consoling her, and Jessi, I forgot how she even says it, but she's like, Yeah, well, I mean, I told what's his face that I wanted Jordan. I told Jordan that I want a divorce this morning or whatever.
I'm like, wait. You're just gonna drop that in It's the middle of
Dad: all about me.
Isabella: Yeah. So that was crazy. Zac and Jen again, he's like, she's mad because he doesn't he clearly does not want her to be an actress. Dump him. I've been saying that for the whole show.
She needs to dump that man. I'm so sick of him. Okay. And then we get back to the women calling Taylor, as you mentioned. And she's saying that she's not filming because she's dealing with Dakota.
I guess he called CPS about getting in a fight in the car. He's threatening her saying, I have all this. I have a lot of things that you don't want to come out. I have videos and kind of a precursor to what we then know happens, which of course is that video of her with the bar stool did come out, and then of course Bachelorette is canceled. And so that's where we are now.
And that is how the season ended. And we know that Taylor Frankie Paul has announced that she's not on the show anymore. I don't
Dad: And that's know where we just within the last few days because in the last episode, you and I talked about how Mikayla said she's not going to film season six because she learned that a certain person who we all know is Taylor is going to record or film that season, and then when we were watching this episode, your mother got some notification that Taylor said she's out. Yeah. So does that mean that Mikayla's back?
Isabella: I would love for that to happen, but I don't I'm not even sure where they go from here. Like, I really don't. The show is centered on Taylor Frankie Paul.
Dad: Well, never underestimate the power of a good season. So if there's enough viewership, they will bring them back.
Isabella: Oh, they'll figure something out because there is enough viewership. They're gonna figure something out.
Dad: Yeah.
Isabella: Good season, but my God. I just I don't even know what to say about the show anymore. It's just it's crazy.
Dad: Going back to that prior theme of reality TV shows are sometimes good because it's at the expense of the people. This is maybe one of the most focused or I don't wanna say best, but best examples of that, that it's huge drama, but gosh, the human tragedy
Isabella: that is It gets to a certain point where it's like, I don't even know if I wanna watch this happen anymore. Yeah. Like I do and I'm going to. Right.
Dad: It's like the old cliche, like it's like watching a
Isabella: car A train wreck.
Dad: A train wreck
Isabella: or, you
Dad: know, passing a car crash on the highway. You can't stop looking. You're rubbernecking. It's impossible not to.
Isabella: Yeah. Okay. Do you want to get into RHOSLC?
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: I I think it was kind of a bit of a filler episode. Like, there wasn't a ton that happened, but let me really quickly just go through my notes, then you can jump So in we meet the new girl. Her name is Quai.
Dad: Interesting name.
Isabella: That's her last name, but that's kind of what she's going by.
Dad: Oh, okay.
Isabella: Yeah. She is friends with Lisa, but she's also friends with Whitney and Heather, so that's gonna be interesting. I wrote down that she is obsessed with her husband's nipples, like that was something we learned about her, like right away. Weird. Weird.
Okay, we met Bronwyn's boyfriend. I did not think he was going to be on the season, but we it's funny that he is closer in age to Bronwyn than Todd is.
Dad: Well, that's not saying a lot.
Isabella: It's not, but it's funny that we think, Oh, this is this young guy. Britani is, quote, not dating anyone. No men for six weeks. Do we believe that?
Dad: No. Don't believe think she also has new teeth.
Isabella: Probably. Probably. Oh. Oh. Whitney was, I think, unintentionally shady.
Like, she's in the confessional talking about Meredith's facelift and saying, oh, it looks really good, and the wig too. And the producer's like, she didn't say she was wearing a wig, and Whitney was like, oh, oops.
Dad: Well, but someone else made a comment about her wig being too tight.
Isabella: I think Heather said So it clearly, Whitney and Heather have discussed the possibility of Meredith wearing a wig. And now that they've said that, I could see it.
Dad: Hey, that's fine.
Isabella: Yeah. Mean, doesn't matter.
Dad: Shows that wear wigs.
Isabella: Yeah. They do this Lisa's hosting this apre ski event. And Lisa and Angie tried to go up the mountain. They couldn't. They went up the mountain, went right back down on the ski lift.
Whitney's making her rounds of apologies, and I found her analogy about the Velcro balls so interesting. She's comparing she and Lisa to Velcro balls, saying that they they don't like each other often, but they always end up sticking back together in some way.
Dad: Yes. I I don't know the last time you dealt with Velcro balls, but they're not that common. I don't know, like, where where
Isabella: she really That was the I was like, Velcro balls? What do you mean?
Dad: I struggle to think of when I even have come across them. It's just not normal. I don't know. Maybe it's a Salt Lake City thing or maybe
Isabella: I don't know. Something from a Yeah.
Dad: Childhood. There were games that you would have Velcro balls and throw it at something and it would stick. Yeah, that was a reach. But it was funny the way she
Isabella: did it. Yeah. Whitney was making me laugh this episode. I know a lot of people don't like Whitney, but she was making me giggle. Heather also apologized to Lisa for the ultimate girls trip stuff.
Dad: Right.
Isabella: And I guess Lisa kind of appreciated that. Oh, they get to the dinner portion of this or the lunch or whatever, and Lisa's got her face on everything, like the stir sticks, the plates, the napkins, the menus.
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: I I just I love that about Lisa Barlow, that she just really is obsessed with herself. I love it about her. Maybe you don't agree. I think it's, I don't know, it's just silly. Okay, so this is when We know anytime these women are at a table, something's gonna go down.
And so Whitney has decided this is where she's gonna make her apology to Meredith, which why pull her aside like you did Lisa. It's not gonna go well. I understand why they're doing it, it's a show, but you're not gonna make up at this dinner table with everybody else around you. But they tried to, and Meredith immediately says, Yeah, that's not gonna happen.
Dad: Right. With a face that's very stern, and I thought that was funny. That's when Heather made the comment that her new face didn't allow her to even show any facial expressions, or maybe it was because her wig was too tight.
Isabella: Yeah. Yeah. Well, so Whitney did kind of I I felt like Whitney's apology was heartfelt. Like, she was very honest about how she was kind of drinking a lot to drown out her emotions, and said she feels really bad, and she really wants to move forward. And it seems like all of the women are kind of on Whitney's side, even Lisa.
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: I forget what exactly Lisa said, but Lisa said something like, No, I feel like that was really genuine from Whitney.
Dad: Right. Right. And she did mention the drinking, but she did it in a way, and she was very careful to point out, I'm not using that as an excuse. Yeah. I'm just acknowledging that I was drinking too
Isabella: much. Yeah. I agree. I thought it was a very good apology from Whitney. It did seem genuine to me.
So and then we get into like Angie and Bronwyn are fighting with Lisa at the same time, so it's it always comes back around to arguing with Lisa.
Dad: Right.
Isabella: And that's kind of where it ended. Exactly. Yeah. Not not the best episode, but I think it was a setup episode.
Dad: Better than the first.
Isabella: Yeah.
Dad: Okay, let's Next do Next gen NYC.
Isabella: This is part two of the reunion, so there's not a part three. So they're wrapping it up in this episode. Ava is still weirdly defending Charlie. She's saying that Georgia only talks about Charlie. Charlie's so upset because he and Georgia aren't making up because he said, If she would take accountability for betraying me in season one, then I would take accountability for the bar thing that she thinks I stole.
But they just
Dad: And I don't even maybe it's because too much time has passed or because I'm too old, but I don't really remember Georgia going after him or not being loyal to him in season one, apart from having the Bluetooth speaker, which is so Yeah.
Isabella: And if anything, I think he was so nasty to her in season one.
Dad: A 100%.
Isabella: The only thing I could really think of, and you're right, maybe we are missing some of the details because this was happened over a year ago at this point. But the only thing I could think of was that she didn't return his speaker.
Dad: Yeah. I mean, come on.
Isabella: So I don't really yeah. I don't he's losing me with that.
Dad: The Bluetooth speakers are not that expensive. Like, you really want a high end one, you might spend 150, but there are plenty that are under a $100.
Isabella: Yeah.
Dad: I mean, come on.
Isabella: Yeah. I think his point was probably that it was a higher end one, but still, still. Emira jumped in and said that she's only gonna be friends with Charlie and Georgia if they make up. She's like, I don't wanna be friends with either of you unless you guys make up. Good for her, I guess.
Charlie was asked if he's making money on social media. He's like, no. Not getting brand deals. And the group kind of said, yeah, you're not really brand safe.
Dad: Hey, I've got to give him credit. Most people in that situation would just lie and say, Oh yeah, it's going great. Right? Fake it until you make it kind of thing. But at least he was honest.
Not so much.
Isabella: Yeah. No, I give him credit for a lot of he's very unique in the reality TV world. We're talking about Ava and Shai. I guess they're just pals, they said. Shai seems confused.
Ava said she it's the same thing in the season. When are you gonna actually ask me out on a and plant something? It's just the same thing. Oh, it got a little bit dark when Hudson came out. We found out that Hudson was going through a lot.
He ended up going to rehab.
Dad: I didn't know that. I don't know if that's
Isabella: something I supposed to have been. I don't think it was public. I mean, I might be wrong. Maybe it was and I just missed it, but it definitely wasn't mentioned during the season. So we found that out he was addicted to some kind of drugs.
I think he's had issues in the past, but he had a Yeah, he said he was re addicted to drugs.
Dad: Okay.
Isabella: He said that specific So I guess it's been an issue for him in the past. Charlie's saying that he this is where Charlie lost me a little bit. He was like, oh, I wanted Hudson to take more control of the Ariana situation. Maybe I wouldn't have talked to her as much if he would have just stepped up and taken control. I don't get it.
Dad: Yeah. He's just back filling to make himself feel better.
Isabella: Yeah. Liam kind of gave him a good quote. He was like, You really give off the impression that you're a good person, which I guess he's indicating that you're not a good person. Just give off the impression. Well He said, You're very charming.
You have good qualities. You're really funny, but that's kind of where it ends.
Dad: A great backhanded compliment.
Isabella: Yeah. Yeah. Very backhanded. Oh, and then Liam found out that Charlie kissed Ariana from Hudson. Hudson says he regrets it.
Valid. Because Liam was like, Yeah, I wasn't really sure why I was getting that phone call. Ariana started crying at one point because she she's clearly beating herself up a lot over the whole, like, Liam Hudson Charlie thing. I think she's I think she was probably dealing with a lot more with Hudson than we even still know about.
Dad: Right.
Isabella: Because she said that that's family to her.
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: So she was really there for him during the whole rehab thing. They did get back together in March, but they said they kind of recently cut things off, but as I said, they'll always be family.
Dad: It was also pretty unusual, at least from my perspective, that most of the cast members jumped in to say Andy was very paternalistic and fatherly in saying, like, hey. You're beating yourself up too much. Several people said, like, you look, you're only what is she? 24? Yeah.
24 years old. You've moved to a new city. You broke up with a longtime person. Okay. There are three people involved, but give yourself a break.
And it was like one after the other, whereas usually in those situations, someone is gonna jump in and, like, pile on. But I guess Yeah. Ariana hasn't pissed anyone off this season, so maybe that's the distinction compared to
Isabella: the I think the fact that even Liam is jumping in and being like, give yourself a break. And he was the one who probably was the maybe outside of Hudson, I think Liam was the victim in all this. So even he's saying, It's okay. We're cool. I still really like you.
So Charlie did text Okay, so Ariana on Watch What Happens Live had said that she was gonna come on the episode and really get on Charlie for she was gonna roast him. She said that she doesn't really feel that way anymore because he texted her apologizing. So she doesn't really hate him as much. She's saying that he said nasty things to her in The Bahamas, and so she cut him off there. And they're trying to figure out what was even said.
You could tell Andy really wants to know what was said, and Charlie's don't want me to Or Ariana's not saying it because I think he's saying, You don't want me to say some of the things that you've said to
Dad: me. Right.
Isabella: Like, You don't want me to quote you, Ariana. Right.
Dad: He did say something.
Isabella: He did. He ended up doing it at the end of and that's kind of why I was like, that's how we're gonna end?
Dad: Well, wasn't during the interview process. It was he knew he was mic'd, and he said it at a break.
Isabella: But they weren't they had, like, kind of, I think, wrapped.
Dad: Yes.
Isabella: And he's talking to Ava. Right. So I'm not gonna repeat it because it's very vulgar.
Dad: Right.
Isabella: But, yeah. He did say what Ariana told him.
Dad: Yeah. It was an interesting cliffhanger for the season.
Isabella: Yeah. Which I think we could have had a part three here.
Dad: I think so.
Isabella: We could really do.
Dad: Yeah.
Isabella: This is one of my favorite shows on right now.
Dad: Well, it's off.
Isabella: I know. Well, yeah, but I'm I'm excited for the next season. I I'm assuming it's gonna get renewed. I'm excited.

Dad: Okay. So it won't be on next episode, but coming soon. Great. Alright. Is that a wrap?
Isabella: I think that's a wrap. But as always, thanks for listening. Let us know if you have any shows you want us to watch, documentaries included. I know we haven't covered documentaries recently. We've kind of when a football season arises, it makes things a little bit more difficult.
But we'll still squeeze some things in. So let us know and Like, comment, and share. Yeah. And we'll see you next time.
Dad: Great. Thanks everyone.
